CONCLUSIONS

The ENP 7660 is near silent, with only some fan motors audible up to 480W. RPM and noise levels will dramatically increase at 480~540~600W or if PSU becomes too hot.

Enhance Electronics ENP-7660 is widely considered the best Flex-ATX power supply for small form factor systems. Warranty may vary based on country and/or retailer.
